SMS REMINDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pretty Focused ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS reminder service to help participants stay informed about their registered workshops. By providing your mobile phone number during workshop registration, you consent to receive these transactional SMS reminders.

This SMS Terms and Conditions document explains the program and supplements our general Privacy Policy. Your phone number will be used exclusively for workshop reminders and will never be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Program Description
The {Program Name} SMS service sends transactional reminders related to the workshops you have registered for. These messages may include:

• Confirmation of your registration
• Date, time, location, or schedule updates
• Important preparation details or materials needed
• Last-minute changes or urgent notices (e.g., venue adjustments)

Message frequency is limited to what is reasonably necessary for each workshop (typically 1–4 messages per event). We aim to send messages only during reasonable hours (generally 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in your local time zone), except for urgent safety or scheduling changes.

2. Opting Out (Canceling the SMS Service)
You can cancel the SMS reminder service at any time. Simply reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or similar clear language to any message we send.

Twilio (our SMS platform) will automatically process standard opt-out keywords and prevent future messages from being sent to your number.
We will send you one confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed.
After opt-out, you will no longer receive any SMS reminders from us for any workshops.

If you wish to receive reminders again in the future, simply re-register for a workshop and provide your phone number as you did initially.
You may also revoke consent in any other reasonable manner (e.g., by emailing us or contacting us by phone). We will honor such requests promptly and add your number to our internal opt-out list.

3. Help and Assistance
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to any message for more assistance. You can also contact us directly for support at: admin@prettyfocused.com.

4. Carrier Responsibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your wireless carrier’s coverage and network conditions.

5. Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific text plan or data plan.
You will receive a limited number of reminders per registered workshop (typically 1–4 messages).

6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your mobile phone number and any associated workshop registration details will be used solely to deliver these transactional reminders and will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
