1. Who is eligible to apply?
The Buyers Club Hiring Grant is open to food bloggers only who are: 

• Accepted into an ad network (such as Mediavine, Raptive, or similar).
• Mediavine Journey or Raptive Rise are not eligible to apply.
• Active members of the Pretty Focused Buyers Club (membership is free for bloggers).
• Actively publishing and monetizing their blog.
• Food photographers, Pretty Focused Grads and other service providers are not eligible to apply.

2. How do I apply?
No purchase is necessary to apply for the Buyers Club Hiring Grant. Fill out the form above and we will send you an application to complete via email. All participants must agree to terms and conditions to be eligible. Deadline to apply is February 28, 2026.

3. I already outsource photography — can I still apply?
Yes! Whether you’re new to outsourcing or have been outsourcing for years, you can apply. The grant is designed to support bloggers at every stage of their outsourcing journey.

4. How much funding is awarded?
Each recipient receives $500 in cash from Pretty Focused. This money must be used exclusively inside the Buyers Club with Pretty Focused graduates.

5. What can the $500 be used for?
Funds may be used to:

• Hire a Pretty Focused graduate for photography projects (recipe photos, recreations, exclusives, etc.).
• Purchase recipe products or digital content from a Pretty Focused graduate’s shop inside the Buyers Club.

6. Can I split the $500 across multiple purchases?
Yes. Funds may be split across multiple transactions as long as all purchases are made with Pretty Focused graduates inside the Buyers Club.

7. How do I redeem the funds if I win?

• First, notify Pretty Focused of which graduate(s) or shop(s) you intend to purchase from.
• The $500 will be released directly to you via PayPal after confirmation of intended use.
• After purchase, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) confirming the funds were used with a Pretty Focused graduate.

8. What happens if I don’t use the funds correctly?
If funds are used outside the Buyers Club, or if proof of purchase is not provided within 14 days of each transaction, you will be required to repay the full $500 received to Pretty Focused within 30 days.

9. How long do I have to use the funds?
Funds must be used within 60 days of the award date.

10. How are recipients selected?
Winners are hand-selected by Pretty Focused at its sole discretion based on their application, demonstrated need, and potential impact. Grant recipients will be announced on March 16, 2026.

11. Will my story be shared publicly if I win?
Yes. Grant recipients agree to provide a testimonial describing their honest experience using the Buyers Club Hiring Grant, along with a professional headshot.

By accepting the grant, recipients grant Pretty Focused permission to share their name, blog, testimonial, and story in marketing or educational materials, with appropriate disclosure that the recipient received grant funding.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee specific results.

12. What if I'm not happy with the services or products I purchase?
Pretty Focused does not provide photography or content services directly. Any services or products purchased using grant funds are provided by independent Pretty Focused graduates.

If you have questions, concerns, or disputes related to your purchase, those must be resolved directly with the photographer or seller. Pretty Focused is not responsible for service outcomes, satisfaction, refunds, or disputes.

13. Am I required to hire again after applying or using the grant?
No. Applying for or using the Buyers Club Hiring Grant does not create any obligation to make future purchases or continue hiring after the grant funds are used.
